We carefully pack and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted (custom items may take longer).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if something seems off, reach out—we’re happy to help.

🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us right away with your order number and photos if applicable—we’ll make it right.
